My journey into ophthalmology has been deeply shaped by the person I admired the most, my father, Dr. Satish Sule, a respected and renowned ophthalmologist in Nagpur. From a young age, I witnessed not only his clinical excellence but also the compassion and trust he built within the community, which inspired me to follow a similar path.
Although I was offered a seat in gynecology, I chose ophthalmology wholeheartedly, knowing that this was where my true passion lay. For me, this profession is more than a career; it is an opportunity to continue a legacy of service while creating my own meaningful impact by helping people preserve and restore one of their most precious gifts, the gift of sight.
